The purpose of our Pre-Design Questionnaire is to gather additional information about your vision for design and finishes. This information will help guide our budget discussion to determine project feasibility and facilitate a design take-off meeting with our designer should you decide to move forward.

We have a few versions available depending on the scope of your project. Please download the version that best applies to your project vision, complete, and return one week prior to your Budget Meeting with Andrew and Ashley (mail or email).
