Carpenter I
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in residential remodeling or construction preferred.
- Show up ready to learn, work hard, and grow within a supportive team.
- Hold sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
- Possess excellent time management and communication skills.
- Follow direction well and be able to work independently when directed.
- Read blueprints.
- Be detail-oriented and well organized.
- Have your own transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Maintain a sense of humor and the ability to have fun while you work.
Carpenter II
Job Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in residential remodeling or construction.
- Work independently and efficiently on assigned tasks.
- Hold sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
- Possess excellent time management and communication skills.
- Maintain good organization.
- Read blueprints.
- Be detail-oriented.
- Have your own transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Maintain a sense of humor and the ability to have fun while you work.
Lead Carpenter/Foreman
Job Requirements
- Communicate with Project Lead regularly regarding production schedule and materials on site.
- Update the Project Lead on timing so project schedules can be adjusted accordingly.
- Lay out, direct, and inspect the work of Field Carpenters.
- Ensure work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
- Perform all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry.
- Assure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Hold sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
- Read blueprints and safely operate power tools.
- Possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Be detail-oriented.
- Have your own transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Maintain a sense of humor and the ability to have fun while you work.
