An Inspiring Opportunity at JobTread Connect 2025
In January, I had the incredible opportunity to speak at the JobTread Connect Conference in Dallas, Texas. As Vice President of Lakefront Building & Design, a family-owned construction company based in Eagle River, WI, it was an honor to share our experiences and insights with a room full of talented professionals in the construction and trades industry.

During my presentation, I shared how we at Lakefront Building & Design utilize effective scheduling practices and process management at both the job and company levels.
